SQUADIN is an application tracking system, which help recruiters improve their recruiting process. We help companies build a better team, using some cool features like: 1. Setting up the interviewing process According to your recruitment process, create a set of steps and manage applications as they flow from stage to stage. 2. Setting up custom application forms You will have the option to create custom application forms for every opening using drag-n-drop feature, with different type of fields like text, email, textarea, file etc. 3. Creating and managing assessments You can create some interview scripts and add them as a stage in the interviewing process. After dragging and dropping an applicant inside that stage he will get an interview invitation email (by the way the text of this mail is customizable). 4. Application timeline After receiving a new application, you will have a timeline for every application storing all the data starting from application form data and logged movements from stage to stage. In that timeline you will have the results of applicant responses for the interview scripts. There is a cool feature of rating applicant for every stage and taking notes. So everything for an applicant will be shown in that timeline. 5. Chat with your candidates If you need to make a chat with the candidate no need for additional tools. There is a real time chat that can help you for that. 6. Assign tasks to your team Having all your human resources team registered in your company workspace, you can assign tasks to each of them to separate the work and to finish on time.
