Its role is to facilitate constructive dialogue and exchange of views between the Government and the private sector to facilitate dialogue in the area of investment climate. The mandate of the Investment Council (IC) is set out in the Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 294, dated 8 April 2015. The IC has in its composition representatives from the government, development partners and business community. The routine activity of the Investment Council is coordinated by the Secretariat of the Investment Council, supported by the EBRD. *** Albania Investment Council is supported by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO).
